About Guest CRM & Loyalty Module
Guest CRM module that consolidates every reservation from your Profitroom account into a single guest profile: stay history, average basket, room preferences, dietary requirements, incident log and reservation channels used. Includes a lightweight loyalty programme (points on direct bookings, tier-based room upgrades, birthday offers) fully configurable per property. Segmentation rules are exposed as a drag-and-drop query builder — export the resulting segment to Mailchimp, Brevo or your marketing tool of choice through the built-in outbound webhooks. GDPR-compliant: registered lawful basis per data point, configurable retention windows, in-portal data subject rights fulfilment.
How to get started
Add to cart and place the order
Add the module to your cart and place the order. A payment link and account access instructions arrive by email.
Access your Profitroommod account
Use the access link sent by email to open your Client Area. Your Profitroom module is ready to configure.
Connect your Profitroom API credentials
Enter your Profitroom API key under Settings → Connected Profitroom Account. Need help retrieving your API key? See the Profitroom access guide.
Configure and go live
Follow the module’s own configuration wizard. The first synchronisation with your Profitroom account runs within 15 minutes of activation.
